Within a week of receiving the complaint, we will confirm receipt in writing and inform you of the relevance or otherwise to the laboratory or other company activity. Within three weeks of receiving the complaint, we will notify the complainant of the methods of handling on our part and the conclusion of the complaint handling process.
All information and documents of the Customer of which Metrologie will become aware during the processing of the complaint, acquired in written or oral form, will be considered by Metrologie strictly confidential even if not specifically qualified as confidential.
Metrologie undertakes to take all necessary measures not to compromise the confidentiality of such information and not to disclose any of the confidential information to third parties, unless:
- The information is not in the public domain;
- Metrologie is not required by law;
- Metrologie is not required by contractual agreements to provide information to the accreditation center.
